Hello. Why is this blog so dead? Juniors please post. You all cannot depend on your seniors to update this blog forever. So...feel free to blog here.
It's been 1 month without the sec 4s going for practices now. How well are you all coping now? To the sec 3s: Now that you all are taking the role of seniors in CO, play your role well, train yourselves and your juniors hard and make next year's concert a success. Make use of the skills that the seniors have taught you to fulfil the role of mentors to your juniors. Pass down your skills to your juniors and empower them with the necessary tools to lead CO to greater success when you too leave next year. I know I am in no position to say all this, but ah well. Just my thoughts. ><
To the sec 2s: So...now that you all have been raised to the status of "seniors" - more senior than the sec 1s but still junior compared to the sec 3s - learn how to improve your skills, balance between work and other commitments and, if possible, help your juniors when they are in need of assistance. Soon, in two years' time, you all will be leading your juniors for SYF'09, so start learning the necessary skills now.
To the sec 1s: How was your first 大组? (= Don't fret if you can't catch up yet. After more 大组 practices you will be able to catch up. And, learn from your seniors as much as you can. It will enable you to make great improvements. Most importantly, try to take out some time to practise. Not just practise more, but practise smart. Don't waste too much time practising and making little progress. You need time for work too. If the seniors are not around, maybe you can ask Ying Xin for help? (= Lol...
Ah well the sec 4s are free of most exams for now...but we still have Maths exams and Higher Chinese 'O' levels to worry about. >< Ah well.
Just updating an entry here to make the blog seem revived. >< Haha.
This is Chin Hwee, signing off.
