okay lets try my luck again. and if it works i can go buy 4D fer e time i posted my entry.
i shall summarise everythg i said in tt long post since if nt you'll all be bored stiff esp since my speech was so long and anyway i dont want to type it all out again!
1. huiling's post is like my farewell note to her. or like a transcript of my speech. but, tt's probably because we've done so many thgs together over e years tt we're starting to become like each other O_o eeeks. im sorry tt she's becoming less patient cos im qt sure its my bad influence.
2. and then i recounted my sec 1-4 years.. how my attitude changed.. fer "posterity's sake" i said, but now heck about posterity lets be practical i have lots more things to do and i cant spend any more time online.
3. rgco has given me so many opportunities and made me grow as a leader. how when i first started out as shouxi i was qt unsure of myself and nt confident at all. but w/ learning how to ling3 and leading at cny perf, rehearsals.. i've gained a lot more confidence. if i had an easy job, i wldnt have learnt so much and it wldnt have been as rewarding.
4. conducting xiaozu has been an eye opener really. i've nv been a gd teacher but xiaozu has helped me at least have a Vague idea of how to teach. sorry fer screaming at anyone.. i have v high standards and no patience and this makes a lethal combination. einstein said you nv really understand sth until you can explain it to yr grandmother. its true. u may be a v gd player but if you cant teach, you havent reached e pinnacle yet. so maybe you all wanna brush up on yr teaching skills, all of you, nt just e sectional leaders, cos when u teach, you realise what you've been doing wrong, you get a more thorough understanding of e subj and not just a superficial one.
5. and then i mentioned abt how concert pple liked e qi4 shi4 but then if you really go into e technicalities you can hear tt e songs were really qt messy. so if you guys can gao3 hao3 both the technical and dynamics aspects then you're set fer syf. (HAHA who doesnt know that.)
and then uhh i cant really rmb what else i wrote. but its abt there. of course in much more flowery language. see how much you can really cut down? hahaha. thank you fer everythg you've done fer us and good luck =)
